Artist Mel Leipzig has been a mentor, teacher, catalyst, and keystone in the greater Trenton arts community since his arrival in 1968. Trenton City Museum proudly leads a series of exhibitions at Ellarslie and partner sites to help celebrate Mel’s ninety years.
The Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie presents THE REVIVAL OF REALISM. Curated by Joan Perkes and featuring Works by Mel Leipzig from the last 4 years, along with paintings by Neil Welliver, Lois Dodd, and others. The show will run from October 24 – January 4 weith a reception on Friday, October 24, 6 – 8 pm.
